Empowering Belarusian Talent Through Education and Opportunity

That’s why the TFF Scholarship Program, with the support of Jus Agency, is giving ambitious individuals the tools they need to build international careers.
This isn’t just about learning English. It’s about confidence, career growth, and creating real opportunities in marketing, web development, and coding.
Why This Program Matters

How It Works
The program runs 6–12 months and is fully online, so participants can join from anywhere in Belarus.
90% attendance required – because real commitment leads to real results.
A hands-on approach with mock interviews, project presentations, and real-world case studies.
Small, dedicated cohorts for personalized learning and mentorship.
Who Can Apply?
We’re looking for motivated individuals who are:
20–30 years old and eager to grow.
Have basic to intermediate English skills (you don’t need to be fluent—just ready to learn).
Passionate about marketing, web development, or coding and can show talent through a portfolio, resume, or recommendation.
Jus Agency’s Role
Jus Agency is funding the pilot phase, covering instructor costs and curriculum development. Looking ahead, the program aims to expand participation, secure corporate sponsorships, and create pathways to international job opportunities.
